Project Information
The Standard at Boulder is a student housing development, comprised of three 4-story buildings including approximately 303 units and 936 beds in a variety of unit configurations, with interior and exterior amenities, currently under construction along 28th Street, between Arapahoe Avenue and Taft Drive. Project completion is scheduled for Fall 2027. As the construction of the development continues, Landmark Construction will provide frequent updates on construction activities and information important to our surrounding neighbors. Importantly, every effort will be made to maintain access to the Boulder Creek multiuse path with limited minor reroutes and temporary closures to be communicated in advance.
